Jordan is a A Strategic Recruitment Partner & Advocate to Wealth Management's Finest, on a mission to making meaningful connections that impact lives & support growth. After working alongside small, privately held companies for nearly a decade, Jordan began build a niche recruiting solely within Wealth Management in October 2017. One year later, she founded her own firm, Recruiting Industry-Specific Experts (RISE), the perfect solution to provide more than a traditional contingency-based recruiter could offer. RISE is a relationship-centric, contingency-based search firm that caters to growing RIA's. As a trusted partner, recruiter, industry growth advisor, and 'fiduciary to fiduciaries', Jordan is passionate about working closely with her clients to provide strategic advice, as well as recruiting resources. As her client base grew, so did the services offered. Jordan and her team expanded their offerings in 2021 to include Business Consulting and created a hybrid solution for firms with multiple hiring needs. This concept eventually led to the evolution of RISE Strategic Recruitment Partners (SRP). Jordan is excited to offers strategic-based recruitment on both platforms, a non-traditional, comprehensive, all-inclusive Partnership without traditional recruitment fees, as well as traditional, contingency, fee-based recruitment services. 

Jordan is a Native Houstonian who attended the University of Houston with a focus on Organizational Leadership and Supervision. She is affiliated with multiple Financial Planning Associations across the country, as a partner, member, or sponsor. She is passionate about giving back to the industry that has given her so much, and always looking for opportunities to impact the future talent of Wealth Management.

Jordan is married to her husband Kevin and they share a beautiful blended family together with four children, Bryson, Cheyenne, Andrew, and Ava. When she is not working or traveling to visit clients, she keeps a busy schedule attending her children's choir concerts, musicals, volleyball tournaments, tennis matches, or ballet recitals. Jordan is an avid writer and self-proclaimed foodie who enjoys reading personal and professional development books, and traveling anywhere tropical with a beautiful beach.
