In October of 2017, I walked away from the recruiting firm I called 'home' for nearly a decade. After working alongside small, privately held companies, I took a chance with a nation-wide executive search firm to build a niche recruiting solely within Wealth Management. Within weeks, I was in love!
I instantly connected with my clients and wanted to learn as much as I could to deliver greater results. I quickly realized my 'ideal' client needed more than a traditional contingency-based recruiter could offer.
Following my passion to serve my clients and make a lasting impact to their organizations, I said goodbye to traditional recruiting.

As a trusted partner, recruiter, industry growth advisor, and 'fiduciary to fiduciaries', we provided strategic advice and recruiting resources. I even spent the first two years traveling across the nation, meeting with clients, and establishing partnerships with industry-specific affiliations and universities. As our client base grew, so did our team and the services we offered.
We expanded our offerings in 2021 to include Business Consulting and created a hybrid solution for firms with multiple hiring needs. I absolutely LOVED every moment. Then, something changed...
As the climate of the market significantly changed, demands for contingency-based search increased, consuming our bandwidth & limiting our ability to serve as a strategic partner.We launched RISE SRP November 2023, as we made significant changes to serve fewer firms on a more comprehensive level & produce greater deliverables.

January 1, 2025 we fully transitioned all services under the RISE SRP Brand and continue to provide Fee-Based Recruiting and Strategic Recruitment Partnerships is offered on a retained-basis. All services are offered with limited availability and prioritized in accordance to business demands.
