Graduate Advocacy Program

The Graduate Advocacy Program was designed to provide guidance & resources to students as they approach graduation to identify Salaried Opportunities with independent, boutique RIAs.

Our Graduate Advocacy Program (GAP) is a complimentary offering through our Strategic Recruitment Partnership platform (RISE SRP) to provide guidance and resources to students as they approach graduation and embark on their careers within the industry. RISE CEO & Wealth Management Matchmaker™, Jordan Christa works closely with each student to identify opportunities and directly engage RIAs on their behalf.


As a 'fiduciary to fiduciaries', it’s our mission to solely make introductions with independent, boutique RIAs that are well-aligned with each candidate’s financial planning approach, investment philosophy, industry expertise, niche clientele, ideal career path, desired comp structure, benefits, and company culture.


Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree in Personal Financial Planning, Finance, or Accounting
  • MS or MBA with a concentration in Financial Planning and/or Wealth Management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The passion for serving others and always acting in the best interest of the client
  • A desire for working closely with others in a collaborative, team-based environment
  • Strong organization skills, ability to prioritize tasks, in accordance with business demands, and high attention to detail
  • Clean U4 - No Disclosures

Compensation & Benefits:

The Student Advocacy Program solely offers permanent, direct hire placement of salaried roles, subject to candidate experience and market demands with bonus opportunities and benefit packages. Salaries are reviewed regularly to ensure they are competitive within the industry and geographic area.
