In October of 2017, I walked away from the recruiting firm I called 'home' for nearly a decade. After working alongside small, privately held companies, I took a chance with a nation-wide executive search firm to build a niche recruiting solely within Wealth Management. Within weeks, I was in love!
I instantly connected with my clients and wanted to learn as much as I could to deliver greater results. I quickly realized my 'ideal' client needed more than a traditional contingency-based recruiter could offer.
Following my passion to serve my clients and make a lasting impact to their organizations, I said goodbye to traditional recruiting.

As our client base grew, so did our team and the services we offered.
